This month’s featured project is a garage conversion.

The customers had a large detached garage, which they wanted dividing to create a large living area at the rear for socialising in.
- External view of garage before work commenced
An insulated, dividing wall, with door access to the rest of the garage, was constructed. The remaining walls were insulated, and the room boarded and plastered. The electrical, heating and lighting requirements of the customer were installed
Bespoke upvc french doors and windows were fitted in place of the old “up-and-over” garage door
New upvc windows were fitted
Skirting and architrave were fitted, and walls and ceiling decorated
